On Thursday, 5 November, I completed the requirements of the Trainers and Consultants Qualification Programme and became a trainer accredited by the British HRD Academy and the British Alpha Training organisation. I also completed three other courses in leadership, strategic planning and the seven quality tools, delivered by Dr Mohammed Al Tikriti, a research and development projects expert, trainer, lecturer, author, and founder and director of the British Alpha Training and Consulting company. The course offered abundant knowledge and enriching practical work, which played a vital role in assessing, educating and preparing trainees for a future in training and leadership filled with knowledge and achievement.
The course covered every aspect of training, both practical and personal, from preparing the material to concluding the course and awarding certificates—from A to Z, as the saying goes. Participants also varied in age and professional background, bringing diverse skills and cultures. This enriched the exchange of knowledge and cultural perspectives during discussions and contributed positively to the practical assessments required for accreditation.
As I pursue my goals and develop myself to offer knowledge worthy of my community, and to serve its progress and development more effectively, I had to advance in training and move to the next stage: international accreditation. As I once said, experience, knowledge and strength are the fundamental factors in achieving one's goals. One hand helping you along the way is worth more than a thousand hands shaking yours when you arrive. In that spirit, whoever does not thank people does not thank God. First, I would like to express my deepest thanks and appreciation to my beloved mother. Without her, the road would have been rough and unprepared. Great women make men; behind every great man is a woman. I ask Almighty God, Lord of the Mighty Throne, to enable me to repay even a little of her kindness. I know that whatever I do, I can never fully repay my mother. I also thank my respected teacher, Dr Mohammed Al Tikriti, for this wealth of educational material and for the great care he devoted to the exemplary delivery of this course, whose tangible benefits reached the clouds.
