Following this, Dr. Nader Aliani, Director of Bloomsbert, spoke about maintaining the competitiveness of developing existing systems and infrastructure to meet the changing needs of stakeholders, while exploring future challenges, and developing institutional transformation strategies, based on precise and thoughtful plans and strategies to enable them to keep up with modern technological developments and set innovative standards consistent with the government system and smart cities.
